From wine to jamón, Guijuelo will bring a new touch of flavour and gastronomic tradition to La Vuelta 25. The Guijuelo Protected Designation of Origin, located at an altitude of over 1,000 metres, stands out for its cold climate, which favours a slow, very special curation process for its hams. Thanks to this technique, less salt is used, resulting in a very mild and unique Spanish jamón.
