The mountains of Jaén will be the star of a rugged stage, likely to end in a sprint to the finish-line. The Mirador de las Palomas mountain pass will be the day’s biggest challenge, before completing a final lap up to Cazorla in a Category 3 climb that is unlikely to mark any significant differences among the race favourites.
