Antonio Tiberi (Bahrain Victorious): “For sure I’m very happy. It wasn’t expected to wear the white jersey again today. I saw [Florian Lipowitz] working so I thought maybe he would be dropped on the last kilometre because it was the hardest section of the climb. The pace was really hard. I didn’t think about the white jersey today, maybe tomorrow… But to have it already to day is super good and I enjoy this. [Lennert Van Eetvelt] is looking at the white jersey for sure and he’s super strong. There are only 3’’ and the Vuelta is still long, we have a lot of climbing ahead. We will see.”
