Wout van Aert (Visma-Lease a Bike): "It was especially warm today. I think everybody suffered from that. I think the race was more controlled than everybody expected. Bora was really willing to control this race. When I came to the top, I saw they were successful. Besides from that, I have no clue what happened on the final climb. To be honest, it was a nice day. A lot of guys reaching out to me (to congratulate for the stage win). I always felt really good. For sure, it was easier to pedal after yesterday’s victory!"
