The Navacerrada Mountain Pass is one of the most frequented climbs for the peloton of La Vuelta. The race has pedalled through its summit on 34 occasions and will do so two more times in 2025. The first time, on the slope of the ‘siete revueltas’ (or seven tight curves). The second time, on the Madrid side, so as to conquer the tough final concrete kilometres to the Bola del Mundo for the third time in the race’s history.
